'Drunken fruitcake' for Christmas

 

Each  fruitcake is  made  by  soaking  the fruit in  250ml (a cup)  of  alcohol over  24 hours to  ensure maximum plumpness!  Then using organic  and fairtrade ingredients   a  beautifully moist  cake  is made. This is then  covered in delicious  Renshaw  marzipan (24% almond) and exquisite   Renshaw fondant icing. At  this  point  you can  add  your own  decorations  or   have it  decorated  by Catherine's Cakes.

 

There  is always great  attention to  detail resulting in a cake  that  looks exquisite and tastes delicious. Most cakes are almost  4inches in height.
