Portions  are  muffin  cupcake  size for sponge cakes  and  generous  for  fruit  cake, Every  sponge is  made  

with organic butter, eggs, flour and milk and filled with buttercream, cream cheese frosting or  ganache  

and then covered with Renshaw icing, chocolate cocoform or cigarillos.  

 

Fruit cakes  are  covered  with  Squires best  marzipan and  Renshaw fondant icing.  

Sponge/Frosting:  coffee, vanilla, lemon or  chocolate  Syrup: vanilla, coffee, 

chocolate,strawberry,raspberry,lemon or orange

 

4 tiered wedding  cake, covered  board  with  cutting  cake,
